Job Description:

• Monitor and provide support in maintaining the Timeliness+Quality/Relevancy of responses
• Auditing/Managing different projects status/closures/feedbacks requested/received.
• Monitoring and Managing License Requests/Updates/Delivery
• Monitoring/Auditing of Hours estimated/Allocated/Actually Spent and root cause analysis.
• Analyzing and preparing reports for management review periodically/ as and when required
• Monitor client communication for certain projects in PMS and sharing observations/ concerns/ feedbacks with the concerned senior members from the PD team
• Providing support to BA and sales teams in regards to client relationship management

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely actions are being taken by the Post Sales Team on open projects/threads/grievances reported by the clients
• Proposing solutions for customer concerns and complaints with the project delivery team.
• Helping organisation in maintaining the quality and speed of their services.
• Provide support to Business Process Analysts and other concerned seniors as and when required.
