Job Summary Meet with sponsors to identify objectives and jointly determine strategy for achieving objectives Monthly debriefs with internal sales staff and stakeholders (Digital, Advertising, ) for updates on new and existing Orlando Sentinel Media Group Event offerings advantages of selling assets holistically Work with the event program team on delegate acquisition and engagement Call prospective executive attendees to promote sign-up for events Active experience of salesforce or similar CRM system Ability to be a great teammate work independently Set up, test and operate audiovisual and IT equipment, provide direction during rehearsals and events Provide testing and troubleshooting for IT and AV Equipment Provide post-event follow up Experience with analog way and FSR / Folsom production video switchers, matrixes, converters, recording and playback gear
