Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation and engagement strategy of our global mental health, resilience, and well-being strategy for the Content Operations space, across geographies.
  • Strong focus and understanding of evidence-based practices and experience with human subject research. Being able to use a data driven approach to demonstrate program impact around a framework of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders and be able to influence and collaborate with key partners and business leaders. Make presentations internally and to external customers.
  • Intentional focus on programs being culturally sensitive and person centered. A strong understanding of clinical aspects and experience with varied therapeutic interventions, including trauma informed care. Being able to leverage clinical and operational insights to create innovative programming and further strengthen existing initiatives.
  • Ensure strong collaboration with all our third-party wellness vendors, including the clinical oversight and management of these relationships.
  • Proactively manage (along with third party vendor and HR) high-risk cases. High risk includes suicidal ideations, threat to others or property.
  • Make strategic recommendations on new programs and services. Oversee the implementation and evaluation and document the efficacy of these interventions.
  • Identify, develop, and measure interventions for identified populations that have potential higher risk factors. As required, will develop innovative and impactful mental health campaigns.
  • Invest in strategic thinking and thought leadership, within the wellbeing and content operations space, including writing white papers and making presentations at larger forums.

Requirement/Qualifications:

  • A Graduate degree in a clinical field (Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Occupational Health Psychology, Counseling, etc), with atleast 15 years of clinical experience, familiar with assessments and evidence-based practices and clinical treatment strategies. Masters or PhD in same field will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to co-create, coordinate, manage and evaluate programs as you collaborate with the different stakeholders
  • Experience with designing, implementing, and evaluating wellbeing programs on a global scale within a corporate environment
  • Understanding of human research, designing surveys and data analytics, to measure impact and efficacy of wellbeing and resilience programs.
  • Self-driven, proactive, detail oriented, innovative in approach and be flexible, conscientious, willing to grow and take pride in your work contributions.

Additional preferred requirements:

  • Effective time management skills, good writing communication skills, knowledge of basic Microsoft office tools [ppt and excel] to be able to create well documented and accurate reports as required, able to prioritize, work in a dynamic environment, obtain and share feedback
  • Experience working with corporates conducting training programs, workshops and making presentations.
  • Experience creating and running awareness campaigns to enhance the engagement of employees in the Wellbeing services offered.
