Role of a Chief Technology Officer to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the technology division with new age technologies and processes
• Build on the vision for the organization by technology being an enabler
• Identify new opportunities and develop products and processes in line with cutting edge technologies
• Define tech stacks for the organization with focus on digitization
• Vendor identification, negotiations and relationship management
• Deploy, develop and implement solutions in a cost efficient manner
• Develop technical aspects of the company s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goal
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
• Use stakeholders feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology and communicate technology strategy
• Hire, Onboard and mentor the technical team members

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Head/ Technology Head or similar leadership role.
• Largely experienced in internet/ e-commerce industry, B2C platforms, start up set ups

• Hands on experience in digital initiatives, big data, mobile apps, AI & ML, analytics and business intelligent solutions

• Ability to convert data into usable modern technology driven solutions
• Apply agile development principles to build organized and versatile code
• Implement Test/Behavior driven development
• Create modern architecture to deliver high quality and scalable services
• Have passion for cloud and various innovative technologies
• Take ownership for problems and deliver consistently high-quality solutions
• Design enhancements to improve efficiency and streamline business and development processes

Education & Experience

• 12-16 years of experience in building scalable products, platforms and modern technologies

• Bachelor or Master s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 - 6+ years in a senior leadership role within software development
