Associate- Investment (consumer Tech, Fintech Or Enterprise Tech) Job in Abc Consultants

Role

The candidate shall be part of the Investment Team focused on Investments in unlisted tech space and hence should possess strong understanding and prior working knowledge of the Tech sector. The individual will work closely with Fund Manager on mid to late stage investments in consumer and enterprise tech space.

Location is Mumbai

Responsibilities and Expectations:

- Research and Sector Assessment enabling identification of potential Investment opportunities

- Prepare and present investment committee memos (Industry Overview, Opportunity Investment Thesis, Peer comparison, valuation analysis)

- Support the execution of investments by performing Financial due diligence, financial analysis, modeling, deal closing and interaction required for investment communication

- Legal Documentation, liaison with Lawyers

- Portfolio monitoring and conduct periodic Portfolio Analysis

- Preparing presentations and communique for Investor Interactions


Position Requirements :

- 3 - 7 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Consulting

- Qualification : MBA from Top Tier Institute

- Sector understanding of either Consumer Tech, Fintech or Enterprise Tech

- Strong research skills incorporating qualitative and quantitative analysis

- Highly proficient in financial statement analysis and financial modeling

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proactive, Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter

- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple investment opportunities and projects
