Job Summary
This is a Senior Engineer/ Engineer role, reporting to the Team Manager in Business Area Industrial Automation (IA) and located in Bangalore. You will be contributing significantly to successful project results in technology and/or product development by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining Windows based C#.NET application.
- Providing software support to test and applications engineers.
- Designing & Implementing software changes based on requirements.
- Ensuring on-time completion of software development.
- Living ABB s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
- BE/ B. Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Should have an experience of minimum 6 - 8 years.
- Experience with C# .NET on Windows platform preferably i.e WPF on engineering applications.
- Responsible for development and maintenance.
- Experience with C++ is an added advantage.
- Must have good analytical skill.
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
