Job Summary
Your responsibilities
- Conducting test protocols as assigned to ensure the products and systems that are created by the local organization meet specified requirements and customer expectations.
- Assisting engineering staff to develop test protocols as necessary to investigate the integrity of new products, or new functionality for existing products.
- Providing support to other functional teams as needed to deploy incoming test protocols and to perform first article Inspections.
- Utilizing safety systems to perform work, resulting in an accident-free workplace.
- Notifying others when unsafe situations are observed and works with local HSE teams to improve the safety systems.
- Working with department staff to improve existing test protocols and capability, resulting in greater efficiency, accuracy, and/or reliability of test outcomes.
- Training machine operators in basic quality test routines to support quality-at-source processes, and verifies quality assurance testing performed as a part of the value creation process.
- Performing audits and using quality data analytics from all parts of the operation to identify risks, failures and non-conformances within the local operations, its suppliers and customers.
- Assisting the application of appropriate corrective and preventive action and managing solutions to closure.
- Leading the local teams in the application of an operational approach and system of process management that is continually evaluated for effectiveness.
- Testing instruments upkeep for effective utilization.
- Initiating & implementing RCA for the sectional KPI targets and improvement actions to meet final KPI s.
- Preparing and publishing sectional performance analysis.
- Testing instruments upkeep for effective utilization.
- Testing instruments calibration/maintenance co-ordination with respective agency and maintaining records.

Your background
- Diploma or B.E in Electrical engineering.
- Must have 3 to 10 years of experience in quality function.
- Must have exposure in handling rotating machines in-process testing .
- Must have shift working experience.
- Must have handled a team of 4 to 5 technician.
