Product Marketing Specialist-cwa Job in Abb

This is a Product Marketing Specialist role at, reporting to Product Marketing Manager in Business Area Electrification (EL) located in Bangalore and will be responsible for marketing for Conventional Wiring Accessories (CWA) and implementing product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global/local product strategy. You will be implementing all marketing activities, and support Sales/Front-End Sales (FES) organizations in driving sales and services of respective products

Your responsibilities

• Implementing the local go-to market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
• Achieving product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight, definition and implementing the improvement plans as needed.
• Executing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant business.
• Preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
• Coordinating market analyses with sales team members and defining appropriate forecasts and plans.
• Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Overseeing sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to sales teams.
• Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each sales person.
• Facilitating know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

Your background

• B. E/ B. Tech in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Product Marketing of CWA.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have eagerness to meet customer and drive the business strategy.
• Flexible for travelling.
