Job Summary


This is a Commissioning Engineer role, reporting to the Operations Manager in Business Area - RA and located in Bangalore. You will be responsible for installing and programming of paint Robot & Process equipment.

Your responsibilities

  • Installing and programming of paint Robot & Process equipment.
  • Working at front face with customer to meet the project deliverables.
  • Setting, proving and fine tuning of paint process parameters.
  • Preparing site report and schedules.
  • Planning & co-ordination with installation team and Service team.
  • Planning & co-ordination with third party contractors and other vendors.
  • Travelling to customer place (80-90% travelling is expected)
  • Coordinating with Controls team and Project/site managers.
  • Preparing documentation.

Your background

  • Diploma/ B. Tech in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years in commissioning of robots.
  • Hands on experience with ABB paint robots.
  • Experience at working onsite in customer place.
  • Good technical presentation and communication skill.
  • Basic knowledge on Controls and PLC.
  • Strong team player and contribute technical expertise
