located in Krakow. To strengthen our procurement team, we are looking for an position with two requirements. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our new GBS center and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.

Your responsibilities

  • Working as an interface to the technical IS delivery and external supplier, managing process improvements (self-identified
  • or raised from Sourcing, or Country Business Partners or GBS Operations), optimal catalog usage, maximize catalog
  • data availability and visibility.
  • Training for the End Users
  • Optimal and maximize catalog data
  • Data cleansing in the tool
  • Communicating with IS team
  • Supporting any commercial improvements, changes of the content, operation, usability around the tool.

Your background

  • University Degree (Bachelor as minimum)
  • Good understanding of the Procurement tools
  • Min. 2 years of experience in Procurement department
  • Ability to do trainings
  • Fluent in English, additional language will be a strong asset
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Additional Expectations: SAP (Procurement module) knowledge
