Skills Require:

Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Inter-personal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for hands on interaction within various social media platforms (facebook, twitter, youtube etc)
• Use of toolkits to measure and monitor social activity- find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns etc
• Close liaison with departments of the organization to ensure aligned marketing and online marketing strategy is being delivered
• Respond and react to changes within social networks functionality, etiquette, reporting etc
• Utilize good web etiquette skills to ensure you deliver the right message online, help people and stimulate interactions. Creative input on content, ideas on social media viral marketing
• Work closely with the website development team and corporate communications
• Enthusiasm with responsibility

High school diploma: BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Skills Required

• Must possess certificate from a reputed institute or corresponding years of experience.
• Good Advance MS Office like Excel, Word etc.
• Good command on content sheet and upload products on the internal panel.
• Work with development team to troubleshoot web issues.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Having networking abilities.
• Understand organization culture and work closely with different departments.
