Job Summary
Job Description:
- We are looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer with the extensive background in Server handling.
Responsibilities:
- Should be familiar with server administration concepts. Including SAMBA, web server, NFS, LAN/WAN concepts, networking and email server.
- Should be familiar with installation, configuration and maintaining servers.
- Analyse and diagnose system failures, recover and restore operating systems and file systems. Must have strong troubleshooting skills.
- Must be familiar with the AWS services and docker.
- Knowledge of server security (e.g. intrusion detection systems), data backup/recovery methods, infrastructure monitoring, incident management and reporting, website monitoring alerts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge or experience about server hardening/security.
- Should be flexible with scripting languages for automating basic stuff using - Bash, Python.
- Should possess strong learning ability
- Must have excellent communication skills. Able to create an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
- Red Hat Certification mandatory (RHCSA & RHCE)
- Any AWS certification will be added advantage.
- 24/7 availability of support in non-working hours.
- Providing fault tolerant solution in business prospective for growth.
Education:
- BE/B Tech/BCS/BSc/BCA/MCS/MCA/MTech/MSc or equivalent
