Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day supervision and execution of client campaigns including (and not limited to) social media channel, content creation, promotions, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives, online events, etc.
  • Choose daily content and engagement for the brand on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube.
  • Serve as a key day-to-day community and implementation manager for brands and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Brainstorm/ideate around program executions/campaigns.
  • Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
  • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others


Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Solid knowledge of keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of social media management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
