Job Description Of Audio Visual Project Engineer

Must have strong AV Technical Support (Audio Visual) experience, with extensive experience of managing AV faults and supporting AV services, calls, service requests and planned changes

Call management support

Installation of AV equipment like, Projector, display, Ceiling mount, wall mount, speaker installation etc.

High level of AV equipment supporting with designated AV team.

Excellent client facing experience

Strong customer service orientation

Provide audio, visual, and technical support services for meetings, conferences, and events managed by the Office of Conference & Events Services

Provide appropriate service to clients using portable audio-visual equipment including professional concert audio production system; TVs, VCRs, and DVD players; podiums; speakers; amplifiers; overhead projectors; mixers; LCD projectors; cables and connectors; tapes/CDs/DVDs and other sundry supplies.
