Quality Manager Automotive Job in AQC Group

Responsibilities

Manages the direct responsibility for quality team supervision, including selection, training, performance evaluation, promotion recommendations and task management

Set quality objectives for the plant and train the staff for its achievement.

Indicators (KPIs).

Product approvals.

Manages the certification of possible suppliers and controls the performance of the current supplier, recommends areas for improvement and leads the work to solve the problems due to the variability in quality and in the process.

Plant certifications (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.), internal audits.

Non-conformities / customer claims.

Required experience

15 years experience as Quality Manager in an industrial company

At least 3 of them in automotive sector

Previous experience in team management

Quality audit experience (IATF 16949, ISO 9000)

Management of suppliers. (APQP, PPAP, Non conformities Management)

Continuous improvement: QRQC, PDCA, Basic 7QC tools (Flow Chart, Pareto,

Check sheet, Control chart, Ishikawa Diagram)

Problem solving (5Why, 8D)

Education and Technical skills

Bachelor degree in Engineering / Science

APQP, PPAP, FAI, NCR management

Quality management tools: PDCA, Ishikawa, Q-circle, 5M, FMEA, Pareto, MSA, QRQC

Qualification and development of Suppliers

Problem solving methods: 8D, 5 Why

Technical knowledge

Metal sheet press

Welding

Machining

Plastic injection

Heat treatment

Assembly
