Good Communication, Interpersonal and Analytical Skills are naturally also a pre-requisite. The tech specs are as follows:J2EE Technical Architects Solid experience in designing systems in Java and J2EE, deep and extensive expertise in 2-tier, 3-tier and n-tier applications, and sound UML knowledge Minimum of 5 plus years of J2EE experience with at least 2 years in a similar role, up to a maximum of 12 yearsFor all these positions the locations available are Bangalore, Hyderabad or Chennai.
