Position: Head Information TechnologyI am searching for a Head- IT for a leading company involved in manufacturing of diesel engines.My client is a leading company of India, involved in the manufacture of low emission diesel engines.The specs of the position are as follows:Qualification: Bachelor in Computer Science / Electronics / Electrical Engineering or MBA SystemsExperience: Minimum 10 years of experience preferably in a manufacturing industry out of which at least 3 years in a leading role.KPA/Task Activities CompetenciesManage Infrastructure Windows/Unix Servers Network / WAN / Communication Office Automation Formulation, Implementation and maintenance of Backup/ DRP Strategy IT Asset Management Logistics Management Should be able to define, implement and monitor Departmental Performance measures Should be able to define and implement Standard operating procedures Should be able to design and implement Backup/DRP/BRP Policies Should be able to lead with knowledge of the following: Switched Ethernet, VPN, TCP/IP, VLAN, VTP, Wireless LAN, RADIUS, Cisco Routers and Switches.
