Job Summary

Accountable for the performance and profitability of the business centreMonthly reporting to Area Director and monthly analysis of centre achievement of gross operating profit v targets.Ensuring cost control and timely debtor collection, accurate billing using Ultrabis software and maximization of service profitability.Responsibility for management, training and development of the centre team. This includes conducting appraisals, ensuring appropriate training programmes are arranged and recruitment of new team members.Responsibilities for ensuring the provision of world-class customer service within the centre.Responsibility for ensuring the customer commitment standards are achieved.Management of all telecommunications requirements for clients and responsibility for ensuring accurate recharging of all telephone cost.Liaising with Sales Director to ensure optimum rates are achieved on all room sales. Sales tours as and when required.Responsibility for negotiating the renewal of all License Agreements and achieving optimum rates.Promotion of services and facilities both externally and internally, through local mail shots, monthly service promotions etc.Forward forecasting to ensure Area Director is made aware of any potential move outs that could result in budget shortfalls and ensuring appropriate action is taken. Weekly move out reports to be sent to the Area Director.Ensuring efficient client move-ins according to standards.Running regular monthly staff meetings.Keeping an accurate and up-to-date occupancy schedule showing monthly room revenue.Ensuring the smooth running and efficiency of the centre, including the centres conference facilities.Monitoring client satisfaction.

Qualification

B.B.A, MBA/PGDM

Experience Required :

7 to 12 Years
