- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Ability to learn about the products and services describe/explain them to pros.
- Handling inquiries and getting the enrollments done,
- Performing counseling & career guidance for students.
- Converting Walk-ins into Admissions.
- Resolving candidate queries relating to course.
- Handling the duties &responsibilities of Institute.
- Calling on Sales Leads to convert into Sales.
- Generate prospects over the phone.
- Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports.
- Good presentation skills
- Good communication skills
