Responsibilities
Handling all Inbound & Outbound calls
Build client relation and brief them about our services
Must have hands-on experience of customer relation building
Promoting our products/services
Customer follow-up
Making Outbound Calls for generating appointments for business development team
Cold Calling to potential customers
Outbound Calling to prospect clients and introducing services
Excellent communication skills and acumen to answer client queries
Must have excellent communication skills, verbal skills and convincing power
Fluent in English and Hindi
Should be able to work with a team
Good at computers
