Here, you will make an impact by: Building and maintaining data quality checks to support and manage enterprise data quality initiatives Leveraging ETL tools to extract and stage data from ERP and Legacy systems Enhancing the global data quality toolset to support continuous data quality improvement processes Collaborating with functional team members to understand requirements and propose solutions Executing data profiling and providing insights in partnership with functional team members to determine health of data Supporting enterprise data quality systems and processes, including executing and monitoring daily refreshes, code moves, and troubleshooting and escalating issues Creating and enhancing technical documentation Providing ad-hoc data quality analysis and support Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: 2-5 years of experience writing and analyzing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases (MS SQL Server and/or Snowflake preferred) 2-5 years of SAP Business Objects Data Services (SAP BODS) and/or SAP Information Steward development experience 2-5 years of experience working with data quality, data migration, and/or data governance within a Global Master Data environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience working with SAP Master or Transactional data Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to complete analytical tasks thoroughly with high levels of complexity Ability to work with functional and technical teams across varying time zones and geographies Desire for continuous learning of new technologies and/or SAP domain knowledge MS SQL Server, Snowflake, Power BI and PowerApps development Experience working with cloud environments (examples: Azure Data Factory, Databricks, AWS, GCP) Knowledge or experience working with Python
