Job Summary
Design, implementation, and maintenance of on-premises network infrastructure Manage network security service including rule registration Manage all the circuit including contact team Troubleshooting technical video conferencing issues Outlook mail configuration and PST File management. Design, implementation, and maintenance of MPLS-Network Monitors the parts inventory and anticipates parts needs in light of future promotions, new model years, trends, and suggested stock orders Implementation and maintenance of IOCL Intranet Support of web-based systems Backup and disaster recovery of network infrastructure Help desk support Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration Talk to clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they ve solved technical issue Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers on issue reported by them Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions Ensure all issues are properly logged Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting Prepare accurate and timely reports Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals Maintain jovial relationships with clients
