Job Summary

l Providethought leadership on usability and user-centereddesign principles and help with implementation and delivery of delightfulcustomer experiences.

l Leadprojects from a UX perspective, defining strategy, analyzing data models, andderiving best practices, defining innovative solutions, feature/functionality,navigation, and interaction models.

l Createand develop Omni channel UX deliverables: wireframes, sitemaps, functionalspecifications, templates, user journeys, flows, personas, detailed siteaudits, etc.

l Workclosely with teams to ensure projects are delivered on strategy, on time, on budget.

l Helpdefine research process and lead/participate in user testing as needed

Minimum qualification requirement

Preferred - UX Designer skill with 1+ years experience

Experience Required :

Minimum 1 Year
