Job Summary Roles & Responsibilities:

Be accountable for the overall performance an the increase of turnover in respective area.

Develop the sales in the respective area of responsibility.
Encourage a vital and productive atmosphere in your working environment.
Develop trust full and relevant relationships to Customers.
Conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies and procedures and the companies code of conduct.
Elaborate market evaluation for customer solutions demand and purchasing to build up a high quality competence network from new customers which fulfil classified USP s.
Find opportunities for cross divisional sales

Responsibilities for Business Results (expected Added Value, Objectives, KPIs):

Year on year improvement of own turnover and margin.
Number of new clients, new projects, landmark projects.
Customer satisfaction index.


Candidates must have:

Age: maximum 35 years

Educational Qualification: Any graduate with any specialization, MBA or equivalent post graduate degree in business administration is preferred.

Experience: Must have at least 3+ years of experience into project sales & marketing of automated hardware products, like automated lock, advance security systems, automated doors, elevators etc.



Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
