Working Days: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday - with even Saturdays off )
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST
Key Responsibilities: A VA is a remote employee and is deployed on one or more jobs post-training to our Indian/International Clients. You will be assigned a client once you are nearing the completion of your training. The jobs are of permanent nature and the retention rate solely depends on the VA.
A VA will be trained in all the domains enlisted below, and depending on their performance in the training, they will be deployed to one or more domains.
The VA’s skillset will be matched with the client’s scope of work.
We hire two kinds of virtual assistants - Half Virtual Assistant (4 hours) - Full Virtual Assistant (8 hours)
Tasks & Training Comprise of: Executive Assistance Administrative Assistance Online Research Assistance Project Management Assistance Social Media Assistance Digital Marketing Assistance Operations Assistance Business Development Assistance Content Writing Assistance Web Development HR Assistance
Hiring Process Stage 1: Telephonic Round Stage 2: Behavioral Assessments Stage 3: Pre-Interview Assessment Stage 4: 2 Rounds of Virtual Interview (HR and Panel)
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s (preferred) degree Proficient in verbal and written communication (English proficiency) Relevant experience of 2+ years
