• A solid understanding of user-centered design process and research methodologies.
• Skills in consolidating user research findings into tangible user requirements models
• Proficiency in using UI wireframing and interactive prototyping tools
• Ability to develop and communicate design solutions in an inclusive way.
• Good project management capabilities.
• Preference for candidates with a Masters or Doctoral degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, and other related fields.
