Presales Solutions Architect (saas Product)

Job Summary
Day to Day Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Solutions architect who can collaborate with our customers and sales team to showcase the value proposition of our SaaS platform that offers Hyper Automation amnd Data Orchestration solutions in Retail, Healthcare, Industrial, FinTech and Edutech verticals.
- You will be responsible for understanding the clients' requirements, positioning our Product s USPs, features and benefits, and preparing Technical and Commercial proposals, artifacts, and presentations.
Requirements:
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience in Product/ SaaS pre-sales, sales engineering or IT consulting.
- Technical knowledge and expertise in SaaS & cloud native software products and solutions.
- A Bachelor's or Master s Degree in Engineering and/OR MBA degree in sales, marketing, IT.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events (up to 35%).
What you will do:
- Lead Pre-Sales and Lead Generation for our cutting edge and market leading Product Platforms.
- Deal Strategy & Structuring in conjunction with our global Sales teams across Americas, Europe and APAC.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, competitive benchmarking, and target customer segments.
- Provide technical and product information to clients through demonstrations, presentations and proposals.
- Provide feedback to R&D teams for Product Roadmap based on customer and market feedback (Voice of Customer).
- Address clients' queries and concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing and prospective clients and follow up on sales leads.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to improve the product features and functionality.
