Job Requirements

1. Analyze business operations, from a system engineering perspective, and apply diagramming tools to represent business context, process flow, data flow etc.
2. Good coding skills to extract and analyze data from SQL tables and spreadsheets
3. Ability to analyze data and summarize gaps from a business and technical perspective. Creativity in imagining data driven insights that can be made possible with a given data set is a huge plus
4. Good data representation and visualization skills (Tableau/ Power BI skills are a plus)
5. Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
6. Ability to provide well-written, succinct summaries of analyses, gaps and business requirements include visual representations of findings, conclusions, and recommendations
for decision makers.
7. Inclination and commitment to work in a startup environment and the ability to wear several hats: data analysis, marketing, client servicing, consulting and importantly being a leader without a title

Qualifications

Postgraduates, graduates in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, physical / biological sciences. Other highly motivated candidates with demonstrable skills in data analysis can also apply

Process

2. Shortlisted candidates attend a video call and will be administered a coding test. All shortlisted candidates will be notified of the interview outcomes within a week
