1. Understanding of hotspot and trending topics maintaining & regularly updated the content feed ( Movies/Music/Short Videos)

2. Planning regional content strategy and building creator's community based on user needs analysis and market research

3. Handling regional contest operation & monitoring the creator engagement & retention strategy

4. Recruiting & training the creators to create original and attractive content.

5. Responsible for data analysis (like CTR / Daily Active Users / Conversion rate / Retention rate etc)

Required Candidate profile

1. Bachelor's degree from a premier university or college

2. Gujarati as the mother tongue or the advanced level as the mother tongue, familiar with the Gujarati culture and its dynamic information of society / entertainment / sports / fashion / technology and other related fields

3. A strong interest on mobile video App products and collaborating across cultures

4. Fluent in English, good communication skills, and not afraid of the challenge

5. Previous working or internship experience with digital media or social content platform is preferred.
