Associate Supply Chain Performance Improvement Coe Jobs in New Delhi, NCT

Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and executing formal PERFORMANCE test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation, PERFORMANCE test execution and analysis of test results. Collects and analyses data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business. Documents all problems and assists in their resolution. Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners. Performs quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience conducting PERFORMANCE testing of mission critical applications.

• PERFORMANCE testing experience with relevant automation and monitoring tools.

• Performance testing experience with JEE, DotNet applications.

• Hands-On Experience with scripting and testing using JMeter, HP Load-Runner and Performance Centre. (J Meter is must).

• Drill down performance issues using AppDynamics (for slow calls, bottle necks, memory, CPU), LR Metrics, Perfmon, Grafana or similar tools.

• Experience with REST, JSON, XML, RegEx, Groovy, Beanshell, and JavaScript.

• Hands on knowledge in JAVA, .NET or Python languages.

• Solve complex problems and provide clear and concise reports with recommendations

• Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and produce high quality products

• Ability to create reusable performance test scripts

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics and arrive at sound analysis and judgment

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently, Lead and as part of a team

• Self-Motivated IT Professional.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Mortgage Industry/or Applications will be a plus.

• Automation tool (Selenium, Katalon, Appium etc. ) will be a plus.

• Familiar with application development best practices.

• Keeps abreast of current technology trends.

• Well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office Tools.

Shift timing 11 am- 8 pm, 6 pm- 3 am, 4 pm- 1 am (Candidate needs flexibility for all shift as per client requirements).
