Job Summary
Minimum qualification requirementRequired - Sales experience skill with 1+ years experience
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Preferred - Located in Noida/ Neighbourhood Cities
Key Responsibilities:
- The candidate needs to have experience primarily in international sales (IT Service Sales)
- The individual will be required to interact with client, do assessment of incoming enquires, coordinate with technical managers on getting enquires estimated, create formal proposal for project and interact effectively with prospective clients.
- The person should have worked previously on online marketplaces such as Upwork, Guru, Elance, etc.
- Lead end to end sales cycle (from lead generation to closure).
- Qualify prospects by mapping the customer's pain point to Wikaad's services.
- Business Development of Web designing, Web Development, e-commerce, Digital marketing projects, online promotional Services & dedicated resource.
- Will be the primary owner of the Opportunity Management Process i.e., Prospect-Evaluate- Propose-Close
- Good understanding of Software Solutions like Cloud (Office 365 / Azure), Virtualization, Mobility Solutions, Back up & Recovery, Messaging, Business Intelligence, End point Security, On Prim and Cloud Licensing Solutions etc.
- Manage proposal pricing negotiations and closure process and responding to RFQs in a timely manner
- Identify new opportunities to generate revenue with the clients.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experience in Lead Generation/ Sales with IT services company in the offshore model.
- Tech-savvy & should be aware of various technologies.
- Comfortable to take on a sales target and achieve the same.
- Must understand offshore development and its advantages.
