Job Summary

• You will be working closely with our content management and development team to create high-quality training materials that will be used for B2B and B2C sales. You will be required to Research and Develop curriculum as per industry needs and requirements

• Build in-house competency in your field of expertise

• Work on in-house design, development and research projects

• Participate in course planning and scheduling

• Making sure that the course is digitized in a timely manner

• Conducting tool tests and mock interviews for students enrolled in our Master Programs

• Recruit and train engineers for the engineering support team

• Work actively with the web development team to build new features in the existing Learning Management System

• Establish a Continuous Improvement Program to consistently improve the quality of content that you are responsible for

• Establish industry connect to recruit industry experts on a contract basis

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a design & development engineer

• Hands-on experience with Electric & Hybrid electric vehicle subsystems: Motor, Power converter & Battery

• Expertise in modeling & simulation with MATLAB & Semolina

• Comfortable with design tools such as ANSYS and Latium

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for teaching-learning

• Educational qualification: Master degree in engineering from a reputed institute
