Job Description:

9. Management Trainee will responsible chases to initial targets

10. Candidate will responsible to achieve allotted product s targets

11. Will make a strong network of business entrepreneurs in posted area location

12. Will responsible manage TAT

13. Customer satisfaction.

14. New ideas initiatives

15. Candidate should have good experience in sales of home loan or LAP, mortgage. Home loan ticket size is 20lacs.

16. Sourcing Business through open market.

17. To meet revenue targets as assigned.

18. To understand client s needs & requirements and accordingly products & services.

19. Responsible for converting leads given by the company.

20. Maximize sales through a network of Advisors.

21. Managed activities regarding marketing, sales, promotional strategies, promotional activities.
Handling client servicing requirements.
Meeting assigned business, revenue and performance goals in line with agreed objectives.
