Responsibilities and Duties

The Tele caller Will be responsible for the below mentioned Job Role.

Answer questions about products or the company,

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects,

Should have Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi & English and Convincing Power,

Enter and update customer information in the database,

Should be able to work with a Team,

Good knowledge of relevant computer (Word & Excel) and telephone systems,

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection,

Target.
