Job Summary

Objective :

Should be highly energetic and dependable representative for Business to Business sales along with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Key Role & Responsibilities:-

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development / selling IT & Digital Technology Solutions.
  • IT includes web development, application development, maintenance, and infrastructure services.
  • Digital Technology Solutions includes the advancement of digital marketing services.
  • Must have technical knowledge basic understanding.
  • Should aggressively drive the sales and achieve the business target.
  • Maintain the highest level of discipline in ensuring his/her team is updating leads in a regular/timely manner.
  • Should be self-driven and self-initiative and constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Use understanding of the markets/competition/process and products available in the markets and use this feedback to enhance service offerings and sell more.


Preferred Skills/Qualifications:-

  • Graduate, Post Graduate in any specialization (MBA in marketing and sales will be preferred)
  • Knowledge of latest trends in digital areas.
  • Understanding of customer and desired market dynamics
  • Excellent Communication Skills (English & Hindi). This position would require client interfacing.
  • Should be able to manage the time, prioritize and plan the tasks and day effectively.
  • Should be skillful in negotiation and analytical skills
