Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Influence partners to drive the sales of airtel products and services based on appropriate customer segment for each store
  • Understand market dynamics and drive channel partners towards raising the customer pool
  • Ensure a consistent store experience for customers: complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient
  • Plan local area catchment programs by coordinating with the Circle marketing team
  • Ensure total compliance to processes and systems
  • Support the hiring process by identifying talent
  • Identify gaps & recommend solutions to improve the induction & training strategy of store staff
  • Ensure Circle support to manage exceptional escalations
  • Scout for opportunities for new airtel franchise stores as per requirement
