Opportunity Overview:

This is a great opportunity for an aspiring PMO to join a healthcare analytics company and deliver meaningful outcomes that reduce the cost of care. Candidates will work closely with data science leadership, operations, and engineering to build intelligence in the system. This will involve constant learning and application to solve business problems. This position will require the candidate to be an out-of-the-box thinker, intellectually curious, and with great attention to detail. This role offers the potential to grow at Zigna in data science and gain strong domain knowledge. We are committed to developing and nurturing talent at ZignaAI.

Minimum Qualifications:

We are a startup and expect each team member to wear multiple hats, take initiative, and spot and solve problems.

  • A bachelor s degree in IT, Computer science, business management, or related field

  • Minimum 4-5 years of project management experience

  • Project Task Requirements gathering _Discovery Phase

  • Ensure to align and own tasks from inception to delivery of the project

  • Ensure the tasks are prioritized and resources allocated as per business goals

  • Ability to detail the project plan

  • Monitor and track the project progress

  • Maintain RAID Log

  • Track and manage Reports-Project plan, Capacityplan, Budgetplan, Project Expense report

  • Facilitate with Team and maintain good rapport

  • Proactive in identifying and reporting issues to upper management as and when needed

  • Track daily status, weekly report, and Monthly status report and present to upper management

  • Good communication and written skills

  • Well versed in documentation

  • Good stakeholder management-Both internal and external
