Job Summary

Eligibility

  • Bachelor s / Master s Degree preferably in information technology or computers
  • Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in a similar profile
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware
  • Hands-on experience in computer networks, network administration and network installation

Your work will include

  • Maintaining organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies
  • Designing, developing, implementing and coordinating systems, policies and procedures
  • Analysing departmental needs, identifying vulnerabilities and boosting productivity, efficiency and accuracy, to inform business decisions
  • Evaluating IT functions including infrastructure, operating systems, networks, databases, and application development for controls
  • Ensuring proper and on-time installation & troubleshooting of software related to different departments
  • Continuously analysing current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement
  • Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
  • Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups
  • Managing whole data centre which includes all server (domain, file & backup Server)
  • Ensuring that the license renewal is done on timely basis and report is maintained about pending licenses
  • Configuring & monitoring CCTV and various other systems
  • Ensuring that there is software anti-virus on all the systems within the organisation and installing the latest version at the earliest
  • Tracking and delivering projects on time
  • Identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions in time
  • Monitoring development and ensuring that timelines are met by the team
  • Handling annual budget and ensuring cost effectiveness
