Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure training of all Sales Resources which shall not be restricted to the on roll team across the defined Region/circle.
- Liaison with ASI/ASM to create a training batch
- Ensuring training centres are ready before the session
- Conducting training sessions, assessment, OJT & certification Ensure Onboarding session, TNI sessions, refresher, assessments.
- Tracking & driving productivity of all certified
- To be effectively delivering the content in local languages
- Traveling across the state will be part of the job
- Training Man-days as per Training Calendar and Plan.
- Training frontline, DSR, FOS, telecallers on products and schemes. Shall ensure training to the last man standing in market.
- Hands on experience on drafting and finalizing training modules.
- Prepare training calendar for the circle, coordinate with CSMs and AMSs and ensure training delivery as per calendar.
- Should have hands on experience on auditing training benefits and effectiveness.
- Coordination with Corporate/Regional office training team and act as a link.
