What will you do? As a Business Development Manager at Superset, you will be responsible for selling Superset s flagship B2B SaaS product - campus placements automation tool - to colleges and universities. We need help with: Planning and setting up of weekly/monthly lead generation and outreach goals, Prospecting and generating leads from the college database shared with you for your designated zone (one or more states assigned to you), via emailing, calling, or any necessary means, Scheduling and fixing product demonstration over calls and emails, Strategically plan and execute sales, and perform product demonstrations confidently to the placement officers and leadership (Chancellors, Directors, Owners) of the institutes Developing business proposals that speak to the client s needs, discuss and negotiate pricing, as well as close deals, Maintaining a healthy pipeline of new and existing clients.
