Job Summary

Summary of the Job:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree (B.Tech+MBA)
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree (BE+MBA)

Skill Sets:

Preferred Skills:

  • 3-5 years of Sales experience will be preferred
  • Exposure to interacting with international clientele is very desirable
  • B2B Sales/ IT Sales Background, with previous experience in selling IT security products preferred
  • Ability to understand technical (Cyber/ Information security) requirements and offer appropriate solutions
  • Strong client relationship building/ interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to work independently

  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.

  • Experience in Cyber Security or Related Domain (IT Products or Services).

Job Description:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Work with internal teams such as the PMO, Marketing or Product teams to engage clients more deeply. Possess deep knowledge of services, product offering and value proposition.
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities in existing clients and references.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term sales success. Prepare weekly report of the accounts progress.
  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to increase the ACV and maximize the project profit. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Assist customer through regular meetings, calls and web based presentations to maintain services and product offerings. Forecast and track key account metrics like QRR and ARR.
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales numbers.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or resolve as needed.
  • Maintain full lifecycle of sales process from prospecting to closure. Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow account.
  • Creating informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
