Job Summary Job Summary: This role is seeking a Software Developer with experience in developing and maintaining Windows applications for product development. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, a solid grasp of specific programming languages and tools, and the ability to translate customer requirements into functional software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Analysis & Implementation: Understand customer requirements and translate them into software implementation plans. Software Design & Architecture: Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions. Development & Implementation: Develop and implement software features based on established designs. Integration & Deployment: Integrate architecture changes into existing software and deploy them effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Engineering degree (Master's level preferred) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunication Engineering. Experience: 4-8 years of professional software development experience for Windows systems. Programming Languages & Tools: Experience with C#, Visual Basic 6, XML, .Net Framework 3.0, COM and .Net interoperability, DB interface technologies (ADO.Net, OLE DB, MS Access, SQL), and automated unit testing frameworks (e.g., FxCop, NUnit). Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, object-oriented programming principles, and design patterns. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a problem-solving mentality. Additional Notes: Experience in industrial automation systems or software is a plus.
