Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the COE budget and track its benefits, costs, and risks.
  • Oversee 3rd party contract financials and performance metrics.
  • Define and track value realization for finance initiatives.
  • Prioritize and plan implementation for value creation projects.
  • Oversee value capture for COE initiatives, ensure project progress, and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to implement new processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • Chartered Accountant certification preferred
  • 10+ years of experience, including time with a US Fortune 500 company (preferably high tech)
  • 5+ years of management experience in a shared services/COE environment
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, Ariba, Concur, and AppZen
  • Strong spreadsheet, presentation, and BI tool skills
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Passion for continuous improvement

Additional Information:

  • Full-time, primarily in-office position with some flexibility

Qualification :
BA/BS in Commerce, an MBA or similar Accounting / Finance degree (or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience)
Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
