Job Summary

Your role as our Manager - Qualitative Research

As a Manager - Qualitative Researchwith Nepa India s Client Servicing and Sales team your role will involve servicing and nurturing our client partnerships, overlooking project management with the team internally. You will be responsible for handling qualitative studies across client accounts and verticals, guiding team (Managers/Analysts/ Ops Executives) through entire qualitative research project life cycle in primary market research space. In this role, you will need to interact with our existing client partners from moderators and recruiters in offline and digital ecosystems, support your Manager with identifying business development opportunities, be active part of the sales pitches and own the research deliverables. You will be working closely together with our business leads and project management team answering clients business questions at the highest standards as well as contributing to the development of Nepa s products and solutions.

Your profile as our Manager - Qualitative Research

We are looking for an individual who is structured, self-motivated and more importantly fluid someone who s willing to unlearn and learn with changing ecoystems. You need to have an experience of at least 3-4 years of client servicing and handling strategic research studies.

A regular day for you would involve you collaborating across Nepa teams and various clients/categories:

- Building impactful qualitative approaches, selecting and recommending the right qualitative designs.

-Creating and interpreting discussion guides and content analysis.

-Inputting qualitative structures/perception models into study results.

-Weaving in the core story addressing and also going beyond the client ask.

-Presentation building and presentation.

-Being on top of things for the on-going projects for accounts that you are responsible for, including all client interactions.

This will need you to collaborate and closely work with team of managers and analysts to ensure that the project is executed as per the plan by helping/guiding them. Your day will be divided into Client Servicing, BD and Project Management. Client servicing includes handling day-to-day queries, helping clients find answers to their business questions through optimum research approach and presenting insights to client teams.

- Show us your love for hidden qualitative insights that quant just can t do.

- Excellent Communication skills (verbal/written)

-Expert story weaver & teller.

-Experience with handling large qualitative studies with multiple centers and TG comfortable with learning new tech tools easily.

- Experience with collaborating on Quant-Qual studies from segmentations to concept/pack tests.

-Good knowledge in Excel, PPT, designing tools like Adobe/ New-age presentation tools is a plus.
