Job Summary Designation: Associate Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager (Role : Branch Manager)
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (Science or Agricultural Sciences)
Experience: 5-7 years in pest management industry. Experience should include management with P&L responsibility

Specific Skills :Should have knowledge of pest management services including chemical pesticides and equipment used, pests encountered and treatments against structural and commodity pests. Knowledge of fumigation treatments preferred. Need to have ability to lead team consisting of sales, operations and back office employees.

Job Purpose :Managing sales and operations of a branch for profitable revenue and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities of Associate Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager (Role : Branch Manager)

  • Overall, responsible for all aspects of branch functioning including sales, operations and administration.
  • Manage the sales team to promote NBHC pest management services and generate orders to achieve budgeted revenue.
  • For sales to be generated, update EVA ERP on leads, quotations and orders so that accurate status of sales pipeline and orders obtained is known.
  • Where required, meet needs of NBHC business team for planning and effective implementation of pest treatments for stocks at PWH Warehouses.
  • Be in regular touch with customers for ensuring we receive their feedback and their satisfaction through timely provision of effective services. Update all such interactions in EVA ERP.
  • Understand and implement company's policies and systems for effective and efficient functioning of branches.
  • Lead the branch team for achieving industry leadership in the area of the branch.
