Job Description Design, build and operate highly available hosting infrastructure on public and private clouds. Design and develop automation workflows, perform tests, and provide feedback after assessing the overall quality of delivered components. Configures and prepares production releases, deploys, and rollback instructions. Create both PaaS and IaaS resources in Azure and private clouds to support development, product, and QA. Work closely with product developers to shape and deliver features to customers and thrive as an independent, autonomous, creative thinker that can break out from conventional solutions. Administers and maintains source control repositories, build systems, build automation servers, and associated automation. Qualifications: Extensive expertise in various flavors of Unix, specifically Linux Strong knowledge of the Networking Protocols (Layer3 to Layer7) Kubernetes knowledge and experience with CI/CD pipelines, GIT, and build tools - preferred Knowledge of at least one scripting language (python, shell scripting) Knowledge of Databases any two ( SQL, Couch Base, Gridgain, MongoDB) Knowledge of automation using ansible Knowledge of Web services and microservices Understanding of virtualized environments Exposure to Communications or Land mobile radio is added advantage BE degree or Mtech degree Required abilities/competencies: Must be able to : - breakdown any problem into components that can be collaboratively solved - find innovative solutions to mitigate dependencies and risks for deliverables - take ownership and independently plan and execute deliveries - multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements - work with teams across different time zones as needed Shift timing: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Basic Requirements Develops, designs, evaluates, and/or modifies systems consistent with customer and regulatory requirements. Develops system architecture, and ensures the integrity of the architecture/design.
