Job Summary

Job Description:

He should have hands-on skill of Server management up to L1 / L2 Level incidents.
Daily report submission of Server Health and utilization,
Able to manage IIS / FTP servers, Manage servers in Virtual environment (HyperV, VMWare).
Installation of New server as per SOP defined by customer.
Backup / Restoration / Verification.
Security Patch management.
Management of File servers.
Maintenance of WINS / DHCP / PRINT / DNS Servers.
Database administration as per prescribed format of customer.
MTA-Database.
Server Operating System: Windows.
Database: L1 knowledge of SQL
Backup: At least Windows Backup, knowledge on additional backup tools preferred.
Good knowledge of MS-Office Tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Good Communication skills.
Shift duty with 24 X 7 Support.

Qualification :
Any Graduate

Experience Required :

2 to 3 Years
