# Responsibilities - Problem structuring: identify company-critical problems and opportunities, articulate clear problem statements, develop solution frameworks to breakdown the problem, and draw-up the plan to arrive at the solution - Research, analysis and synthesis: combine primary and secondary sources of information, including desk research, expert interviews, surveys, user voice calls, and internal data, to synthesise to bring crisp POVs and actions by way of working alongside stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications - Project management: drive and manage multiple, diverse workstreams simultaneously, prioritising effectively - Stakeholder management: develop relationships and drive outputs working across multiple internal stakeholders - Executive presentation: write strategic documents and presentations for an executive audience - Collaborate internally with UX design, tech and content teams to conceptualize user experience, communicate high-level requirements and optimize performance of the platform - Monitor competition, conduct ongoing research to understand advances made in the industry # Requirements - Undergraduate degree in Management OR any degree from a Premier Institute - 2+ years of experience - At least 1+ yrs in product management in a tech-led company (consumer internet space is preferred) - Exceptional problem-solving skills - Advanced understanding of technology - Familiarity with experimentation, product requirement documentation, managing product backlogs, and creating roadmaps #
