Job Summary
Job Description
Qualification :BE/BSC/MSC/ in Chemistry or Diploma in material management.
Experience :Minimum 8 years in chemical industries
- Managing inward and outward in stores
- Coordinating internal teams.
- Maintaining inventory stock levels (min/ max/ buffer)
- Preparing GRN on regular basis
- Stocking in warehouse after its receipt and issuing as per requirement.
- Managing / selling waste with the help of maintenance head
- Responsible for the smooth operation of all store keeping operations
- Negotiate for best cost with good quality product
- Keeping records of Vendors and timely clearance of their bills
- Maintaining housekeeping of store Area
- Updating internal customers for their requirements on regular basis
- Manage purchase of consumables and report for inventory variance to purchase officer.
- Prepare and Maintain GRN, Inventory, Inward / outward register, Rejection report, Vendor database,Scrap disposal records ,Returnable / non-returnable gate pass.
- Responsible for All Dispatch of Materials.
- Transfer between stores/sites.
