Job Summary
Job Information Promptly respond to and address all customer inquiries via email, phone and webchat in a professional and courteous manner Listen to customers needs and troubleshooting on-the-spot to resolve issues quickly Follow established guidelines to receive and answer customer questions, comments, and complaints Work independently on assigned cases Troubleshooting internal issues and interface with other internal departments to resolve issues Must use and maintain basic product knowledge to ensure that quality customer service is provided Able to efficiently and effectively use Google docs Shift timings: 9 pm 6 am (no rotation shift) Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Must be self-motivated and have a strong sense of proprietorship Excellent interpersonal skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written) Must be comfortable with Google and Microsoft business products (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
