Job Description

Seeking a fast learning individual with strong communication and people skills to provide high-quality customer service and support to customers. No experience necessary and Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Promptly respond to and address all customer inquiries via email, phone and webchat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Listen to customers needs and troubleshooting on-the-spot to resolve issues quickly
  • Follow established guidelines to receive and answer customer questions, comments, and complaints
  • Work independently on assigned cases
  • Troubleshooting internal issues and interface with other internal departments to resolve issues
  • Must use and maintain basic product knowledge to ensure that quality customer service is provided
  • Able to efficiently and effectively use Google docs
  • Shift timings: 9 pm 6 am (no rotation shift)
  • Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
  • Good to have skills

  • Must be self-motivated and have a strong sense of proprietorship
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Must be comfortable with Google and Microsoft business products (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
